Terms of use

1. Access to the service

To register, you must be at least 14 and have a Minecraft account that can join Eldaria. You must link that account to the website through /weblogin. Only one website account is allowed for each Minecraft account.

You are responsible for keeping your password and recovery codes safe. Do not share them with anyone, including anyone claiming to be a member of staff.

2. Conduct

When using the website, forum and server, you must treat other users respectfully. The specific rules published by Eldaria also apply to gameplay. Insults, harassment, threats and discrimination are not allowed.

Spam, advertising for other servers, and illegal, violent or sexual content are not allowed. Do not publish personal data about yourself or anyone else.

Do not evade sanctions, permissions or security measures on the website or server.

3. Content you post

You retain the rights in the content you post. By posting it, you grant Eldaria a free, non-exclusive licence to host, display, moderate and keep it to the extent needed to run the service and preserve discussions.

This licence does not limit your rights under data protection law. You can ask us to correct or remove content that contains personal data.

4. Moderation

If you break these terms or the community rules, staff may hide or remove content, restrict access to the website or server, and apply internal community sanctions.

You can delete your account from your account page. The effect of deletion on your data and existing posts is explained in the Privacy notice.

5. Availability and changes

Access to the service is free. The website and server may be interrupted or changed.

Eldaria is not affiliated with Mojang or Microsoft. Changes to these terms will be published on this page, and material changes will be identified.
